Why Online Coaching?

Custom Program

All coaching clients receive a custom training plan based on a complete evaluation of their goals, lifestyle, and current abilities. Your program is designed completely around your needs. No cookie cutters here.

The Perfect Coach

I should say "the perfect coach for you". When you find a trainer at your local gym, you are limited to choosing which of their employees is the best fit. With online coaching you are free to find someone who matches your goals, personality, and communication styles best. It's all about you!

Train Any Time

There are only so many 5:30-6:30pm slots on M,W,F - with online coaching you don't have to battle for prime time, you simply go when it's best for you and follow your customized plan.

Work out for as long as you like

Unlike with traditional personal training, you are not limited to a set session length. Your program is written to match your specific goals, lifestyle, and needs.

Video Analysis

All coaching clients receive complimentary video analysis of any exercise. I encourage all of my clients to send me videos frequently. This is the surest way to quickly develop skill and achieve results.

Save Money

Personal training is expensive. While I know that we're worth it, the reality is that one-on-one sessions are a luxury. With online coaching, you receive many of the benefits of an in-person coach at a fraction of the price.

You are free to ask as many questions as you need. All coaching clients also receive weekly follow up emails to ensure optimal program adherence and progress.

Coaching Calls

Depending on the service you select, you will have the option for a monthly coaching call to keep you accountable and on track.
